Kumrat Valley is a hidden gem in Pakistan, known for its stunning landscapes and serene environment. Although I haven't been to the most famous part, Do Janga, yet, I've seen many videos online and dream of visiting it someday, Insha'Allah.

The advanture begins

Do Janga is where the real adventure starts. From there, you can trek to Izmis Banda, Shehzor Banda, and the breathtaking Izmis Lake. The journey ultimately leads to Thalo Pass, which connects Kumrat Valley to Chitral. It sounds like an adventurous trek, and I hope to experience it one day!

Here are some pictures from my visit to Kumrat Valley in July 2020. The natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere were unforgettable. I can't wait to return and explore even more of this paradise.

We saw many trees being cut down, which gives an impression how life is changing at Kumrat Valley.

Trek to Dudipatsar Lake

I have done with a 2 dayer trekking (for novice to moderate hikers) trip to Dudipatsar Lake and I would like to share my experience with others who are thinking about exploring the magnificent lake. The Dudipatsar Trail is an approximately 18 km (11 mi) hiking trail in the Lulusar-Dudipatsar National Park of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The trail goes along a tributary of the Kunhar River called "Poorbi Narr" in the northern Kaghan Valley. The average time taken to complete the trail is 5 to 8 hours.

Trek to Hachinder Meadows, Hunza

This is how Rakaposhi looks from the top of the mountain, right opposite her! This mountain can be scaled from Nasirabad and Hassanabad however we started the trek from our home in Nasirabad. The meadows at the top are called Hachinder where the cattle and shepherds of Nasirabad spend most of their summer.

Fresh air, bluish water, greeny Margalla hills and a place surrounded by ruins which dates back to 4th century CE; Yes, you are at Khanpur. Stepping out of the hectic city routine and traveling for seven long hours; you could have not ask for a better place which was so peaceful. Soon, all the peace, remoteness and silence of this place was going to overrun when the team Arbisoft conquered the place for their annual summer trip 2016.
