I'm just a traveler on a bike. I'm not a cyclist & I don't want to become one either. Curiosity envelopes one’s ego and self esteem riding on bike to navigate and explore our beloved Pakistan by land. The series of blogs would take you to our journey on the rigid yet beautiful Karakorum Highway on bikes, Throughout our journey we rough it out, by living the ultimate dream of any adventure lover.
We left Gulapur at 9am after having breakfast at the Ziarat Hotel. We started paddling towards our destination, which was about 35KM away. The road condition was very good and scenic. We crossed beautiful small villages like Sherqilla, Dalnati, Bubur, Japukey and Goharabad.
The day of 14th August was a couple of days away, so dedicated rest of cycling days to our country Pakistan. We equipped our bicycles with the early breakfast & decorated our bicycles with Pakistani flag. The ride got a purpose, we were spreading unity & love among the people of Ghizer. If 10% of them sees us and think these are the men from our country who are spreading love, we could feel our visit was worth doing.
