Before packing your rucksack, speak to your doctor and tell them about your span of stay out there and put in for any medications, if required. There you go!

Traveling around Pakistan

Pakistan has everything to cater your needs of traveling around; buses, trains, flights, auto, taxis, everything. Pakistan possesses a broad-shouldered network of railways across the country. So, getting around is as simple as falling off a log. Always use public transportation instead of hiring a taxi (except for shorter distances) so that you can save a few more bucks.

Because, the taxi drivers tend to make some extra money if they found yourself a foreigner. Always ask for fares from the taxi and auto drivers before hiring the ride and try to make it as less as possible. Keep a close eye on all the stuff on you as there are plenty of pickpockets and scammers out there at bus stops and railway stations waiting for you.

Packing you rucksack

Before packing, turn less packing over in your mind and consider putting in the Spanish Proverb “On a long journey, even a straw weighs heavy”. We recommend packing as less as possible because you can find everything out there.

Yet, if you have excess luggage on you more than allowed by the airline you are traveling with, don’t worry about that either. These days, you can take the services from any of the cargo to Pakistan from UK Company to get your stuff transported timely and at less cost.

Keeping your cool

Well, that the thing requiring huge attention. Keep yourself calm and forget about the rest. You'll have a ball, and you will be won over by Pakistani hospitality.

That being the case, don’t let the things get into your head. If you lost anything, don’t get boiled over the situation. Keep your cool and think for a moment whether it is worth paying attention to the lost stuff. Straight after that, don’t get too much excited, too much angry or not much sad. Just balance yourself according to the situation will be hitting the nail on the head

Watch our for your dressing

Yes, you heard it right. Having said earlier, Pakistan is country with rich culture and traditions. That being the case, you must have to follow the dressing codes specifically if the areas are rural or remote which you are paying a call on. With that, it’s multum in parvo to take off your shoes before getting into religious places like mosques, shrines etc. Also, cover your head and body parts in case you are female backpacker. Try to look like locals to get even more appreciation and adoration from them.

One more thing, people do stare in Pakistan specifically if you are a female tourist. Pay no heed to the staring as they get excited when seeing a foreigner. Also, get ready to be asked for photos by the locals. In case you are not comfortable with this, just pass them a smile a say “No thanks” and that’s that.

Backpacking Pakistan for the first time can be a real mess. Be that as it may, giving the aforementioned tips a once over with a fine tooth comb would definitely get the job done.
